We must be looking at splitting 13 probably with Sydney for 19 and 21, that would ease the pain a bit as your getting 2 high draft picks on top of luko and Richards. They are saying a player picked at 20 would be equivalent to a pick 7 or 8 in previous drafts.
Don't know let's see how it pans out but Atkins is just a waste of a list spot

It'd look okay if Houston was out of contract and we had to deal, but we just don't have to do it. We can just keep the best halfback in the league and not trade him for nothing.

As funny as it is to laugh about Atkins, that's distracting from the real issue. The real issue is we've essentially traded contracted dual AA Dan Houston for a return of Ratugolea, Soldo, Richards and Atkins, all of whom could very conceivably not even be best 22 next year, while also giving up a first round pick for a guy who couldn't get a game for Gold Coast at the end of the year. This is the sort of trade Collingwood were making when they were in salary cap trouble and desperately needed to get rid of players in a fire sale. We're making it when we hold all the cards.

Even if you took the future first rounder out, it's not even a great deal, it's just adequate. We're basically losing the trade by a full first round pick. From a bargaining position where we held all the cards.
