The facts are that he's tried everything to get played. Did that and wasn't left in the team and was dropped after making his debut last week.
I think if that was you in Boyd's shoes you'd be on the hunt for a new club too. One that would be able to keep you in the team for a few weeks.

A bit harsh that you actually go around abusing Damien Barrett. I actually like him and will defend him as much as possible.
Also I don't think you actually get the whole sliding doors thing. Not many people do. The ones that do abuse him.

There is no doubt that Journo's like Barrett and Hutchy are good at what they do and have broken a lot of stories in their day, but it seems as though the lines are being crossed between a reportive journalist and a shock jock style opinionated columnist.
You have these guys whose only real football qualifications is that they are glorified paid fans trying to tell past players about on-field matters
