Great game but in the end use just came way with the win. wouldnt mind havin davey at the dogs.... he will be a superstar IMO

I honestly thought the bulldogs had the game won, but that's footy.

You have 3 of the best young midfielders in the comp in Griffen, Cooney and Ray, your future is very bright.

Congrats guys.

Fought it out to the end and out ran us.

We probably got the rough end of the stick but what can you do except keep going the ball. Great goal kicking when the heat was on. Robbo must be up with the most accurate from a set shot ?

problem is that the dogs tried to run down the clock except they panicked and then didn't have enough time to get back ahead.

if you can get Darcy back at FF then you could go a fair way next year

Spot on. We stopped doing what had got us infront in the first place and tried to close the game up, which we clearly couldn't do. We did the same thing against Brisbane but had a lot of time to turn it around again.

I honestly don't think you'll do much in the finals, as i don't think we would have, but you never know, get a kind run and you could go deep.

I enjoy the opinions of most Melbourne fans, so well done. I was completely shattered, and the Melbourne supporter in front of me that said nothing all game, but decided to thrust his genitals in my face at the final siren did nothing to help my mood...

Well done Demons - I really hope you lose next week naturally, but i can't see it happening, so good luck in the finals.

Look at all this backslapping, it's pathetic.
You're embarassing yourself, go away.

I must say, the reaction of the majority of Bulldogs fans on BigFooty following last night has surprised me. So, so bitter. Makes the victory all the more sweeter though.

* Apologies to the sane Dogs fans who have posted on this thread and realise the umpires weren't to blame.

There were a few of those types around me too. Silent until Johnson's
"Sealer" & then gabbing off until Holland's mark. You get that though...

Football clubs all have the same types of supporters, they're just in different colours.
