Would take in a heartbeat, the pay off for taking a bit off a risk could be massive, got into a bit of a scuffle while on the piss, despite his previous history, hardly an earth shattering event.

All of the departing players (Dawes aside really) were impacting our culture internally i.e. destabilizing influences.
It doesn't have to be be Heath Shaw esque but internally the standards that were being set were not in line with the direction that the club wanted to go. See Wellingham, Daisy Thomas, Lumumba, Beams (sure his dad was ill but we know there was more to it despite wanting to keep him), Jolly was beginning to be a destabilising influence.

It was the "buzz word"the club harped on about when making these list management decisions for some time.

i was at the waislitz dinner two years ago and you could tell which blokes wouldn't hang around.
two guys in particular u could tell weren't serious. one I didn't see once talk to his team mates.
