I think he should be more of a coaching mentor type role. He is already the oldest coach in the league.

in "some capacity" are the key words. somehow think he'll finish his head coaching career with the lions. mentoring the inaugural head coach could be the go. if he can hope with the cold after queensland.

Not sure what their contract status are but if their managers are smart, they will have them coming out of contract when Tasmania enters the AFL, they will get huge money offers + bonus concessions.

fagan as a mentor. the club needs to give the new coach 5 years to build the list and culture.
