He'd be good at it. But it's dumb cos he's good elsewhere and it's the easiest position on the ground.

Gooch is far more polished with the ball. (Rather Knight having a shit though)

Its odd i would automatically put knight in before Gooch but for no real reason other than he looks like he applys more pressure.

But the stats sort of show that he isn't that different from Gooch.

Not sure what Milera's injury is/was, but he spent the entire second half on the pine, with the tracksuit top on. I'm assuming he won't be fit for duty next week.

CEY is the depth player who makes way for Sloane's return. Unlucky, but Sloane is an upgrade, and they're not going to be dropping Greenwood or Crouch.

He doesnt really need to, hes a winger and thats his role. Hes actually not that bad a decision maker and kicking often gets us out of trouble at HB.

The way the game is heading he does need to be tougher. Gets shown up against hardened opposition in big games for mine.

He does do some good things with the ball, and tends to kick the odd goal. If someone has to drop out though, I’m picking him.

I'm not having a go at a fellow Canberran in particular, but this view, as for a lot of others', smacks of preconceived opinions.
CEY and Greenwood are completely undroppable at present, based on viewing with the eyes for several weeks. Someone else will have to go!

??? Why would we do that? Gibbs has been our best player this year. He was better than CEY tonight as well. Didn't have as much of it as usual, but his disposal was quality.

I don't want to stir the pot, but IMO Gibbs had a down game tonight: he looked more timid than usual. Also, I can't agree on his disposal: he attempted a stupidly risky across-ground pass into traffic, resulting in a goal to Carlton, and he was one of the several Crows who started "cute" underground punts, conceding possession to the oppo, when a stronger kick was called for.
