normally I'd be really worried about this game.

But you know what? I just can't see the players relaxing after a career-near-death experience lasting two years. I'd be staggered if they weren't prepared to make every. single. second. count

Same. This should be an ass violation of the highest order.

Nothing to worry about playing Carlton. They'll play one quarter tops like they have in the opening two weeks then shut up shop.

Your contribution to the Carlton preview (among other inane rantings)
"Not here to stir shit up.

Just hope you bury them this week. As I do every other side that plays them".

You're sort of all over the place, ringworm.

This game will tell us where out players are at. the Essendon of old loses this game, the Premiership contenders control & win this game.

Also very thankful Gwilt isn't playing.

So nobody love IUB then.

Well eventually someone WILL beat Essendon after you beg that teams supporters to do the job; so I'll reserve judgement until AFTER said event and see how you react.

I always worry playing Carlton, my mate who goes for Carlton told me the only thing I need to worry about is if we beat them by 10 or 15 goals haha.

Contenders?! WTF?
I'm as optimistic as anyone but how in ****s name did we go from barely making finals, to premiership contenders in two games? Top four contenders i wll grant you!

What's the point of aiming for top 4 if your not aiming for a flag.
Of course the club is aiming for a flag but no one at the club would expect us to knock off Sydney or Hawthorn in a prelim.

The hope is that if we finish top 4 we can at least jag a win in the second week of the finals and get three finals experience under the players' belts.

Then another year of Carlisle, Daniher and Ambrose playing together gives us chemistry up forward to go with top notch midfield and league best back line.

Finish top 4 and a pre lim birth would be a really good result.
