What have they done since Alastair Lynch and Chris Johnson retired and they've been forced to have the same salary cap as the rest of the comp? (Apart from Sydney)

They may as well just go back to being known as the Brisbane Bears after some of the mistakes they've made like getting Fev. Now Josh Drummond has retired, loooong road ahead for the Bears.

You douche - the Bears finished third in 1996 and could well have finished higher if it wasn't for a dog act by Mick Martyn breaking Simon Black's eye socket in the prelim. They were already winning plenty of games pre-merger and probably would have won a premiership even without the merger seeing Chris Johnson was the only Fitzroy player who made it into their 2001 premiership team.

And where's the evidence for cheating the salary cap?

You weren't in Q Clash 1 and you seem to be ignoring the fact that you are a Lions supporter a team that is Richmond's bitch, nice try at grabbing some cred from what should and will be the arch enemy of your club.

Poor old bears no longer the AFL's pet project, no more taking over whole teams and massive salary cap advantages to ensure you win a flag, these days all you are is the Tigers bitches, so I guess, as you franchise supporters often do, it is time to jump ship and support the next big thing...pathetic!

Lets make a hybrid and take the credit!"), and despite the meddling the Brisbane side took the advantages they were given and gave out some mighty shellackings and snagged three flags. In a row. ZOMG.

Meanwhile Richmond have done nothing, so STFU. My side has taken the advantages available and won one flag (and lost three and drawn one), which isn't bad. Port snagged one, quite brilliant, ditto West Coast, everyone is having a crack, even the Saints made three GFs but the Tigers are a supine mess paralysed by self disgust and body image issues. Go and give Richo a hug and stifle in mediocrity.
