You never struck me as the type to participate in live betting. Unless something has changed with you in the past couple of months, I still believe that to be the case. If you did, you'd be aware they use the same third party feed to frame their markets. This third party also goes beyond live betting.

Only through weight of money will you see Topsport deviate from TAB.

Who are you going for in the finals? Brisbane or Collingwood?
I am talking about pre game, which they most certainly do not follow anyone for on aus sport. They are the market guide.

Brisbane obviously

Best:

Tab
Bet365
Pointsbet
Top Sport

Worst:

Ladbrokes- Only sports book I have ever had a problem with.

If you win big they will block your account with money in it and not pay you back your winnings or deposit.
They are thieves. If you are betting or sports with big money DO NOT GO NEAR THESE SCUM BAGS.

yes heard you the first time regarding Ladbrokes.

strange list of best books

??

Garry Macca is spot on. He´s trying to help people here..

Take ALL of those books listed over Ladbrokes every day of the week.

None of those books will block accounts with money in them, steal money or refuse to pay back deposits, Ladbrokes do.

It's not rocket science. If you gamble sports you DON´T GO NEAR LADBROKES in this day and age.

Every other BIG book is better.

literally every book has done this in outlier cases you continue to refuse to talk about.

until you want to actually say what they did, shut the hell up.

I got banned by Lads earlier than any other book but I can't imagine they'd outright steal your money.

Government should implement rules on banning winners. These books are basically pokie machines otherwise which is BS in itself but government problem, aim anger there

There are plenty of cases of books locking funds up but of the big corps doing it, its usually for good reason.
This is why I want to see what actually happened, but for months we just get posts bagging them instead.

sport MBL would be great but looks long past ever happening, we are in minority in wanting this.
If it ever came in then betting menu would resemble the 90s with core markets only.

If Gil who is a complete degenerate gambler did not look into ways to increase turnover on AFL then nobody will, as that is where it has to come from for books to comply

No body should be limited beneath $50 win imo. Yes, that might not be worth it to some winners, but it's something.

They should accept some risk ffs rather than just print $. It's just wrong on so many levels but yes, it's never happening now

Screen Shot 2023-12-13 at 15.16.01 pm [1].png My account was closed by Neds with money in it. I wasn't promo banned, had placed about 5 $100 bets prior all on EPL match results of which 4 of the 5 had lost, no arbing, no betting on obvious odds errors, etc.

They did have my BSB and Account Number on file, and I also provided my BSB/Account Number in my reply to the above email. It took them 3 months to finally send my money after complaining.

Why did I get my account closed? Because I bet $100 on Crystal Palace to beat Man City in Oct 21 and they won 2-0.

strange list of best books

Why strange list? None of those books I listed have never stolen money and all paid out. Limited bets yes but always payed out what's in my account before blocking me. I have no problem with that. Thats their choice.

Quickly blocking accounts after big bets have one with a lot of money sitting in them is theft and not on. Only ladbrokes do that. SO I think my choice in books is excellent. And yeah Ladbrokes are the only campaigners I have come across that steal.

On the other hand I think its very strange how you get so defensive of a bookmaker (Scumbrokes) if people tell the truth on a thread about calling out frauds and rating books makes me wonder if you are one of the ****ing pieces of scummy shit that works there... Otherwise being defensive about a bookmaker that steal from people is strange.

I don't get it.

so we only guess- you haven't been robbed or had those parasites get into all your personal information because you aren't a winning gambler, you don't bet big, you don't win big, or you are scum that works there or maybe your boyfriend is one of the little spineless cowards hiding behind the computer with his fake first name robbing successful partners.

What is it?

I'm with soho on this, unless you give actual detail and explain what happened I don't believe it
why would I make this up? what am I flipping 10

ive spoken with certain people on here about full details on PM.
There are things being done behind the scenes
Lots of people interested in this

read between the lines of what's been written

thousands deposited
thousands won-lots
won't let me withdraw
account blocked
dicked around
ignored
refused to pay even deposit back
then get message this case is closed
every cent gone

Just trying to help all you campaigners to go elsewhere

This is a lot of words without actually explaining what has gone on.
I am not supporting Ladbrokes at all, haven't been able to bet sport there for 7+ years, I have zero to gain sticking up for em here.
They are good for racing if you do your own stuff, infact one of the best at the moment. Pretty sure that is all I've said that is good about them.

Facts are there are 50+ books less trustworthy books that should be avoided for newcomers then Ladbrokes are and yet you in your extreme situation which we still don't know anything about are crying that they are worse then every other joint.

Almost every complaint I have seen online regarding one of the "big" bookmakers "cheating" someone - and I have seen a lot of them from around the world - are because the client broke the rules and is either oblivious to it, or is not disclosing it when they post their story.

Are you using an account that is in someone else's name (GF/ mate/ family member)
Did you make a payment or withdrawal at ANY point that was linked to a person other than the account holder (IE use your GF's bank card to deposit $50)
Had a VPN on in the background at any point in time when you visited the website

Those are all things that give them the right to suspend an account at any moment.

Even that "multi trick" where you parlay a player to kick 2+, 3+ goals to get better odds is in the T&Cs for most sites as a reason to suspend an account.

Otherwise I wish you well and hope to hear how your experience resolves (hopefully positively).

A bookie paying out a loss as a win and the client not informing them and using the "illegitimate" funds is another one; or taking advantage of a pricing error.

I remember reading about a guy in the US using a really reputable Top Sport type equivalent, who bet on something that was $60 instead of the $6 it should have been, who withdrew a bit of the winnings, and then kept using the leftover thousands and eventually got up to over $20K and attempted to withdraw a much larger amount.

After reviewing his account they closed his account, took all the winnings, and sent debt collectors to his house until he gave back the smaller amount he had initially withdrawn.

It's a corrupt minefield out there, but there is usually some reason.

Why anyone would bet on anything else but an onchain service like Overtime is beyond me. Stop giving money to the bookies. Stop mugging yourself and participate in revenue share.
What's "Overtime"?

You mean this place: Sport Positional Markets built on Thales

Don't these places still apply limits to winning punters; are outlawed by the Aus government; and cause you to pay a sizeable tax once you finally turn the crypto into Aus dollar?

I was registered with Cloudbet, the biggest crypto site in the world a couple of years ago, still prob #2 after Stake, and I went to log in one month and the site had been blocked for Australian residents due to the Aus government deeming it a nefarious crypto gambling site.

Just like that I had no ability to access my account and withdraw my funds. Using a VPN later to get in was subject for them to close my account and take my winnings once I finally got back in there.

It’s fully decentralized, so no, there’s no limits on winnings gamblers. There’s no KYC, so no way to block you.

Crypto is not outlawed by the Aus government. Not sure where you got that.
