It's still Tex and comfortably so.

He's a better opposite foot kick than most are on their main.

He's got it all, depth, vision, both feet and touch.
Maybe for field kicking but shots at goal is average.

Even as an average kick for goal (which includes numerous shots the vast majority of players couldn't even attempt due to range), I think the difference in field kicking is so vast, he's still the best.

I'm honestly staggered this isn't consensus, he's an outrageously good field kick.

He’s got a million of them, but this kick from Josh Rachele’s Very Terrible Night struck me at the time.

50m, off a step, perfectly weighted to draw a player into the 5m of space between defenders.

Deserved to be marked.
 
Hayden Young a bit stiff not to get a mention by the OP. He is better on his non-preferred right foot than most right footers. His kicking off his left is a thing of sheer beauty.
