Hopefully the flamethrower is like the one in Far Cry 2 (in terms of the fire spreading to nearby trees/grass/houses).

Nope, all patches have to be downloaded in-game.
I'm just gonna have a stab in the dark and guess that the Aussies servers will come when Vietnam comes out. Could be wrong.
