Saw a tweet from playstation that this is being released today, is aus getting it late or something?

SE Asia got it first, US got it on the 29th. I thing EU got it on the 30th, Australia on the 31st and NZ on the 1st.

I remember my younger days when I worked at Woolies, we'd get highly anticipated DVD's in a few days before the release with big "DO NOT DISPLAY UNTIL XXXX" on them and the manager would tell us to put it out right away.

hmm, not sure. I would have thought the prices would be the same, but it seems Big W's PS3 is $68, but PC is $48.

The gametrailers review for this got me even more pumped than i already was!
The single player looks a bit meh but the multiplayer looks out of this world awesome!

They are pre-rendered animations. Just like when you are in that building when it collapses. The character doesn't interact with it, just dies.

BF4 has been my only non negotiable title for next gen launch since i heard of what it was bringing to the table.
Seeing it in action on these next gen consoles (specifically the ps4) has me salivating!

It would be great if those targets in the test range only went down after you deal them 100 damage, will give you an idea of how many shots etc.

I haven't been that enthused of late due to the crappy BF4 beta on PS3 but watching a couple of these vids I am a little more encouraged as well.
