There's no concerns about workrate with Bailey. He's just naturally a hard trainer and a 'gut runner' in games. As a HF pushing until the midfield he'd regularly be at the top of our KMs covered stats. That won't change, it's instinctive.Are there any concerns with him coming off a significant knee injury?
His game is built on hard running and pace - lose a small % of that and his main weapon is gone.
I assume clubs do some sort of due diligence on this?
I don't think there will be issues with straight line speed either. It's the change of direction/agility stuff that can take a while to come back even after he's been cleared to play. Given it will be over 15 months from ACL to playing he'll be fine.
