Yes it's deliberately manipulative at times, but it does have some genuinely lovely moments.

I'm not reading/seeing anything bad in that list. .. It's not going to win film critic awards but action fantasy doesn't always have to. .. Looks good. ..

Formulaic movie with Keanu type cast as the lost hero who is the only who can save them. Next they'll cast Michael C.Hall as a messed up character with a dead father who talks to him from the grave.

I was able to see The Conjuring over at Jam Factory before it was released to the public.

Really solid horror flick. Well acted, great directing. 8/10.

Red 2 gets released here in Dublin this week... I will be heading out to catch a late showing of it.

I doubt that it is going to be anywhere near as good as the original... but from what I have seen it looks ok

The last movie that I saw in the cinema was Dead Man Down with Colin Farrell. I went in not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the story line. I would have to give it an 8.5/10 for the story... the action gets a 9 and the acting gets a 7.5

A good movie for entertainment purposes really...

42 - for any sports movie aficionados this was a real pleasure. I enjoyed the entire movie. A great look at the life of Jackie Robinson.

If you're going to see Gravity, definitely see it in 3D.

Do not see it if you get motion sickness. If you do suffer from that but want to see it anyway, make sure you take a vomit bag or 6.

The cinematography is superb.....but if you're after a movie with a good plot, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I'm kinda really into robot/android/cyborg movies The orignal, directed by Paul Verhoeven, is a pretty good movie.

I hope they haven't chopped out Ed-209 in this movie. Funny how many remakes, with all the modern CGI, fall short.
