She survived because she is well respected, Indian team didn't complain about it and most of the general public saw it as a harmless slip of the tongue . If you heard the whole thing, she was admiring Bumrah. Bit different to old Tone, who was taking the piss out of a great, the player is offended and so are a lot of the general public.

It wasn’t a public apology. That’s what he requested and it’s the right thing to do. Should have been done a day ago.

Only thing I hate Tiley for is the ridiculous Sunday start, we don't need 3 days of r1 but we all know why that is- cash grab, just wish he'd say it rather than the laughable excuse of not wanting delays etc. Other than that he's done a great job.

This is the straw that broke the camels back not the whole thing. People excused his bearish behaviour towards women for too long cos no one stood up to it . Novak standing up to it will hopefully see his past actions revisited and him kicked off the air for good

Least I've gone to a stage where the schedule will be useless for the first week with the focus on the locals. Least the app has been fantastic don't think I watched a single game on 9 in the first week lol

The Serbian Council of Australia says it has lodged a complaint with the Australian Human Rights Commission over Tony Jones’ comments last Friday.

In a statement posted to the council’s Facebook page and dated Sunday January 19, the council said Jones’ comments were “offensive, racist and only serve to incite further discrimination of Australian-Serbs”.
