I was watching it, but on the phone and luckily the call finished with 25m to go and I hear Brenton Speed go on how its a WR in a heat swim in her pet event.

Awesome effort by Lauren Parker to win her hand cycling road race by over 4 minutes!

Our first ever gold medallist in two different sports at the same Games, having earlier won the triathlon (as well as another silver in the cycling time trial).
