You remind me of the Samual L Jackson

Well you made a call that could be a 50/50 either way. Dont make a call based on limited knowledge if you dont want someone to challenge it.
You may have got the Snell call right but it was a guess becasue you could not have know the full circumstances.Like backing Red at the casino , you have a 50/50 chance of being correct. On top of that you can not compare becasue the surgery procdures are different today and everyone heals at a different rate.
And you dont need to tell me about breaks and injuries. I have a couple of screws in my fibia from a broken leg where i also dislocated my knee and stuffed my ACL and i am currently recovering having surgery to place 4 screws in the vertibrae in my lower back. Have also had a compound fracture to my wrist and a broken collar bone so i know plenty about being screwed back together, having brone grafts and waiting for bones to heal.
I did not under estimate Welsh's injury, if you bothered to read i said i doubt he will play this year. I am not buying the 3 month call at all. Chances are it will be 3 to 4 months before he can start runnung and possibly 6 months before he is fit to play seniors.

Did you get the license plate number of the truck that hit you?

Well if you play footy you can get injured. I can't help it if stupid players want to come in from the side and head but my leg at full pace. Not that it did him any good as he only broke his nose, fracturd his jaw in 3 places and busted his eye socket:eek: If the bloke learnt how to tackle without trippping over his own feet we both would have been ok.
Collar bone and arm injuries are common place injuries when your job is working with horses. They tend to try and dislodge you when you are breaking them in. Probably the main reason why i got out of that job and went back to my trade.
As far as the back goes well when you are carrying a 150kg photo copier up stairs you dont need the bloke on the top end to trip over and leave you crushed up against the wall with the full weight on top of you :(
If you want two years of serious pain and three back operations then getting squashed by a photo copier is a good way of achieving it.

And just for you Chops , i drink a heap of milk. In fact the doctors want me to drink less milk as they want me to lose some weight ;)

I bet you feel a hell of a lot of pain on a daily basis after getting mashed up like that.

Jeezus Ant. You've had a horror run!

What were you doing carrying a 150kg photocopier up stairs? I think most photocopiers have a function that would have made that job much easier and safer. Just press the left-facing "lighter" arrow, until it reaches "lightest"! :thumbsu:

;)

There have been some pretty bad photocopier accidents...

And others not so bad.

Not a great run with injuries but i cant complain. I still have reasonable health despite putting up with a little pain and i have a roof over my head.

You would have a few problems getting through those detectors at Tulla I would imagine Ant robus. But then again planes and backs are not always harmonious, unless you travel first, like myself.

Will be intersting to see what happens in a few weeks when i head of to QLD. Not sure what to expect with another lot of screws in place :D

Just milk it Ant. Sit in a wheelchair if you have to, you will get loaded onto the plane first, and be given the best possible seat. Just go with it son! :thumbsu:
