The editorial is pretty standard Bolt crap on this issue (no one should be convicted of anything without certified photographs of them in the act, holding that day's newspaper) but the headline is an obscene grab for attention.

I've noticed before Murdoch's standard M.O. is to go with the sure-fire clickbait headline to try and get something viral, and then after 12-24 hours they'll change it to a more reasonable one, knowing that most social posts will retain the original headline even though on their actual site it has been updated.
