Depends

If it's for something that has occurred in the match, then yes

If it's for something they've bought into the match*, then no - if it's say a blister needing to be redressed, that's a different thing as they should be able to play on after minimal disruption to the game



Even for something that's occurred within the match, there's got to be a genuine time limit for which a player can be attended to before they're told to play on as is or withdraw
