Yes it should be a somewhat negative if you don't select.
Time should be shortened also with 400 picks this will take two months at this rate

2 hours is suffice, if we let them pick after their alloted time, but means that we continue with the draft

Pick 4: Tom Lynch (Gold Coast)
Absolutely thrilled with this selection. Kicked the 3rd most goals in 2016 and 2nd most marks with an atrocious midfield for the majority of the season. Probably the best genuine centre-half forward at the age of 23. Athletic, offers leadership, perfect size, versatile, skillful, great contested mark, accurate infront of goals. What more can you ask for from a forward, he's a complete package and one of the most valuable players in the league.
Considered trading up to pick 2 for Lynch, I had him #2 on my power ranking behind Dangerfield.
