I thought the umpiring for most of the game was absolutely 1st-Class and if Fremantle supporters can not accept that then that is a reflection on them as supporters for accepting mediocrity for their football club.

The amount of times we just hacked it blindly or handballed it blindly out of tackles straight to Fremantle players .

The difference was your opposition was doing this more than you were.

I didn't see the whole game. Seemed pretty good in the bits I did see, but that last high contact call in Sydney's favour was shocking and couldve potentially been a game changer.
I tipped the Swans, so no skin off my nose, but that's play on.

Freo is the worst side to hold a lead. Lost multiple games last year. Coaching would play a significant part in that. How the hell do they miss 3 crucial and gettable shots and then squander two goals in 6 minutes in context of the game.

Freo 100% squandered it.

Imagine having a list that on paper should be a great team and every year shit the bed in close games. Doesn't matter how talented you are if you don't have the heart and metal fortitude to win close games you'll get nowhere.

Collingwood of late and Geelong always able to hold leads. Even we have done well at it but ai think we've done better at stealing late game leads.

Only just watched finished watching. Bad loss for Freo, they should have killed that game much better than they did and hung on.

But geez the non-calls in the last minute against Warner and immediately after Roberts was really really weird. Both textbook free kicks not paid. Then to pull out the throw call would surely infuriate the locals.

Anyway both teams suck
