I'm not trying to be a Fog hater, he's got so much talent I can see him being such a good player for us, I just don't think he'll ever reach that if we keep up the status quo with him.

Felt like we were off from the first bounce. Took all of 10 seconds for the Bombers to have a shot at goal from the first siren.
As Scorpus has said. The flipside is Frampton's "effort " last week. He was pathetic. Fog responded at SANFL level and Tex went down.

Even with Frampton in the side, having Hberg in the team ahead of Fog is a poor choice.

If Tex wasn't injured, I tend to agree. Fog needed a Reserves spell.

Long term Fog needs to learn how to contribute when not kicking goals. In the modern game having a guy go 3 possessions 2 goals means you are essentially a man down.

Tonight he should have been playing CHF, like the WCE game. No Tex so a chance to take that role.

Hopefully he performs well this week. Demand his spot back.

Nicks said in the presser it looks like "we ran out of gas".....I wonder why.
Used 66/75 interchanges. A season low?

Make the players spend more time on the ground, they get tired score blows out. Percentage drops.

Had a bye three weeks ago so it's not that.

No what it actually is, is having the youngest team in the AFL while simultaneously playing among the fewest players of any team.

We are cooking the guys in our side. Playing guys with obvious injuries (Classic Crows), and not having any management in place to rotate/rest the younger guys
And we've never played that chipping game plan for an entire quarter let alone for an entire half and to do this late in the season fielding our youngest side would have cooked them even more.

Instead we sent him the message that you literally don't need to be AFL quality but we'll pick you anyway.

Fogarty had every right to see Frampton's atrocious effort last week and be annoyed he wasn't dropped when Fog himself was dropped for the same thing
Fog has had many weeks to cement his spot.

I'm a Fog fan, but he deserved to be dropped.

He should watch tonight and it should give him a good reason to go out in the SANFL and demand a recall with a strong performance

Not be picked because everyone else was shit

Compound that with our season lowest rotations.

We don't have any replacements who aren't the completest of spuds.

They're doing what they think they need to do to get Fog to compete. We're in a rebuilding year, now if any is the time to send Fog a message.
Not sure why they resigned fog if he isn't good enough to get a game. Was he signed as backup? It seems somewhat misleading to him that they sign him and then straight away teach him a lesson. It's illogical. Why offer him a contract in the first place if you have misgivings with him.

Also what is with us noticeably changing our gameplan week to week?

Surely that's a bit much for a side with so many inexperienced players trying to learn the game

Recall the absolute bs after the Melb game "they lowered their eyes going forward" ... ha what a joke.

On track to kick 30+ goals for the year in a bottom 4 club.

He's a 21 year old forward who's played less than 40 games.

There isn't a club in the land besides us that wouldn't take that every day of the week.

I get he need to get involved a bit more but FMD......

Don't get me wrong, 3 kicks for 3 goals would have been awesome .

I hope he's back next week after kicking 5 on the weekend

And we fielded a team with only one player averaging more than 1 goal a game this year

Bullseye

His biggest issue is playing in front of the least skilled midfield in the competition

And under a coaching staff that values what Frampton, D Mac and the gang bring to the table

Wow just goes to show we all see different things in a game...

Rowe in your positives...not sure how?

Berg a pass?????? WTF he was clearly our best and the only AFC player who won his position tonight.
Rowe was okay. At least thought about what he did with the ball before doing something with it.

Schoenberg was okay. One of our better players and kicked a good goal. I'm one of good biggest supporters but he's played much better this year imo. Everyone was off their best.
