Only if Whitlock turns out no good that is part of the equation and to be fair if we finish last other shit has gone wrong.
If we finish 12-14 considering we got a player and yes a lot of it depends on Whitlock and if we do trade the two draft picks for a first it’s ok

again we got Daniel so that is what it is and we’ve overpaid but the Whitlock trade isn’t a disaster at all like I said up a few posts we have got players in and kind of needed to did we pay a premium, yeah but provided we improve this coming season and potentially get a first with the two seconds it will not be a huge problem

I’m actually not too concerned about LDU. My gut feel is it’s a smart commercial play from his manager to maximise value in a shallow free agent market and he will sign by the middle of the year.
My major worry is Colby - the AFL will be desperate for him to be in Tassie for their inaugural year and if breaks out like I think he will the money will be mind boggling.

Pretty sure he talked about hanging out to get to the mainland even before he was drafted.
I’m sure Tom Scully didn’t think he wanted to go to GWS either but if an offer is double market value it’s hard to pass up.
I hope my fears aren’t justified and signs an extension, my fears is the longer he holds off the more higher the Tassie offer will get.
