6-8 wins. I expected 4-6 last season, they didn't even achieve that. This record demands a rise, and I couldn't care less about the close games we've been chasing close games long before Scott got the boot.

Next year isn't just about a bigger wins tally but the rebuild needs to be declared 'done' and whatever building is left is on the list & its players themselves, this is not a 3-4 win team. Its much better than that.

We've been infinitely worse than them. You know why? Because they go into games knowing they're a fair chance of winning, and haven't racked up a five year record that stands as one of the four worst such runs since the comp began 127 years ago

So St Kilda throwing 10 to 12 million over so many years for Luke, now we have Hawthorn possibly doing the same thing, I guess its like wanting to be on "Days of our lives", its never going to happen and yet people will stress over nothing, "has he signed yet"? He will sign next year on a quite nice deal that will see him a shinboner for life, if you want to stress over things in life, better put this one down the list, cause otherwise your going to be disappointed.

We've been historically awful, but it's kind of weird that "at least they're not as bad as North" is a measure of achievement.

It simply can’t continue.

I think we are starting to see it fray on supporters.

Broadly I think the North crowds are or have been pretty tolerant of the ineptitude on field but with every loss we edge ever closer to having a moment where there is a collective losing it at the players.

We can't continue to lose so god damn always and expect that people are just going to sit there.

I want to sit in crowds like Saturday night where there is a huge amount of nervous energy that transitions into joy.

I don't want to sit in crowds where the weight of no expectations transitions into anger or apathy.

Apathy had well and truly made itself at home last year. The general feeling was we'd lose no matter what position we were in.

I think anger will override that in '25 if things don't turn. More top end draft picks that you can poke a stick at, experience to guide them....if we can't turn that into at least a feeling that we can actually win on any given day.... .
