In Arizona it’s illegal to ‘delay a ballot’. Trump needs to win Arizona, I suggest that any court case in Arizona is going to be an easy win. It’s not just Arizona that has that law.

No they don't, less than half the population vote, there are numerous people who don't vote because they don't care or their lives don't change no matter who is in power or it's too hard for them to vote, because of a number of factors.
