4 Deceased Found In Broadmeadows Home

A really sad news report this morning with 4 people found deceased in a Broadmeadows home. Initial theory is drug related.

One of the deceased is only 17; a young Dad also.

Could nitazene have been cut into whatever it was it is believed they took? Time will tell.

4 dead is shocking no matter the cause.

I wonder could they have had a faulty gas heater or were trying to keep warm using a camping stove or similar which could have led to carbon monoxide poisoning?

Could have been cooking a batch of something illicit too and were overcome by fumes?

All I know is that’s a sad result when 4 lives are snuffed out.

I feel almost relieved for the kid, hopefully at 18mths of age, the child will now have at least a decent chance in life.

My friend's parents were 15 when his brother was born (and had him a year later).

Didn't hold them back much in life having kids that young - dad's a chemical engineer sent all over the world and mum's a PhD and part of a delegation to COP30.

Exception that proves the rule, sadly. Strong correlations between having children later in life and education, wealth, and many quality of life indicators.
