So Harry no strapping and doing some of training then just doing goal kicking when the others split off into Match Sim?

For those there, was he moving freely in the stuff he did? I'm over in WA for the week for a wedding so unfortunately can't be there.

Not sure where you get the noodle arms and legs from. He’s quite solid. He has raw power and size. That’s his strength. Not sure he really knows where the ball is going yet - that’s his weakness. But he just hasn’t played enough footy.
Carroll has massive legs. Muscles aren't quite developed yet but they're naturally thick and strong. Quite strong through the hips from what I've seen too.

Looked fine but I don’t recall him jumping or sprinting

Was only moving at half to 3/4 pace, no involvement in the match sim.

Couple of times did some lunges, suspect he might have a corky and they didn't want him in contact work

It was a light session - I wouldn't draw too much from it.

Elijah came in and spent time on the treadmill.
Monahan looks miles off it.
Cotters stuck to goal-kicking practice
Charlie running mainly straight lines but looking good
Cincotta just jogging laps, but it's something.
No McG, or Kemp that I could see
O'Keefe sat out towards the end.

Sounds more like a captains run session than proper training

Won't touch on every player. Only guys I didn't see were Fantasia, Smith, Newman, Durdin

Rehab group

HOK, clearly only a minor hamstring, did laps, some involvement in drills, but also using the marking bag, 4 weeks max. Cincotta, ran some laps, looks cut, but needs miles after the hip injury. Monahan isn't far away from returning, perhaps 4 weeks. Duffy ran some laps, lump of a lad, but will need 12 months to get his body into shape

Everyone else participated in drills of some kind, but Harry and Cottrell didn't get involved in match sims

Gov looked sharp, moved well both sides, no concerns with how he pulled up against GWS.

Doc should play round 1, was one touch, great hit ups by foot and moved well

Walsh was his usual self, apart from really sucking in some deep breaths at times, not 100% fitness but he willl play round 1. Don't be surprised if he starts at HF pushing up to the contest, which would also allow Lord to squeeze into the side, he too looked one touch and used the ball well

Elijah, not issue in gathering or distributing, but wasn't moving at top speed. Unknown if he is in the side first up

Lucas, nothing I saw to suggest he won't debut, really smart reader of play and gets to really good spots for the outlet. Very composed in traffic. Well and truly gone past Binns for a wing spot

Wilson is some way off breaking into the side, enjoyed his attack on the footy, but still lacks consistency with ground balls and positioning. 4 - 6 weeks at VFL level will give people a better read

Moir is moving better than I have ever seen him, won't be long before he cements a spot

Carroll, kid continues to grow in confidence every time I see him. Id have no issue if he was selected, in fact, id have more confidence in him defensively and to distribute over Ollie

Boyd, good to see him finally stretching out, perhaps the only reason he misses round 1 is the lack of competitive match sim hit outs.

Curnow, I know that Voss said he won't play and they want to get more work into him, but he looked primed to me, and seems like he was trying to convince the coaching staff he is good to go. Seems like they want to hold him back a little

Don't be surprised if Young plays as the chop out ruck/forward, even if Harry gets up
