I'll watch against GWS this week. Plenty of other options around
Think where people see the upside /decent perspective is that he was already getting a strong share of kick-ins with McGovern in the side and now Gov is out for a stretch.
And there will be kick-ins galore.

McGovern out means less pressure in defence so probably more goals and less behinds.
also, I’m not sure why everyone is so confident the coach won’t move players around to try to make the defence less shit.

Baz vs Humph?

To be honest probably prefer Humph with his run, can still get baz next week, will be less increase then humph too.
I’m still not sold on Baz’ fitness

Full disclosure: can realistically only.take one of Maric and Humphrey, leaning Humphrey.
Agree they could shuffle things around and how many mayflies like Z Fischer have there been over the years etc.?
Maric does use the ball better than many of those and if he's not dead weight as an actual defender, can see it working.
In terms of the defence, it's relative to the flood of ball heading down that way, they can do a decent job and still get 20 kicked on them, WC midfield goes to water without E Hewett

He's likely not going to be top-eight, but there are bigger priorities surely. 467k with a BE of 67 and won't lose cash any time soon – would definitely hold off on that just for now, even though he's a BOG average player these days.
As someone who needs forwards i can move Daniel to cover the oliver pick he'll make more money bring in Smith Murphy and Humphrey/Maric and as Someone who started Wash I'd back him over Oliver
My team after doing these trades -

Out -

Short
JHF
FOS

In

Sinclair
Maric
Humphrey

Only 5 rookies left on the field.

Am tempted to go Sheezel > Zorko instead of getting Humphrey

Zorko is clearly the best defender ATM Coleman is still 5 to 6 weeks away from training if Coleman is the reason not to pick the Magician

This is how pissed off I am with my team. Nothing to lose might as well get rid of the dead wood before they are worth nothing. Leaves me with $1,013,000 ITB for next week:cool:

Over the hill, flawed and unhappy playing list mixed with a moronic coach that would rather throw out corporate buzzwords and fluff about how much they love each other than come up with a tangible change to a gameplan/structure that hasn't been up to scratch for nearly four years now.

There's other things but that's the general gist lol

You don't think he'll make a good F5 or 6?
Maybe later on in the season when the Demons have a new coach but not now.
I'm happy to trade him while he still has some value.
