$537k paid, didn't make my top 18 in round 2 and made the cut by 14 points this week.

Averaging 25 points less than what i paid for him. The only other player in my team with a similar disparity is Sheezel, but at least he's outscoring the rookies.

JHF left my side 2 weeks ago ....this game is about seeing the sliders and breakouts earlier than others

I made that mistake last year ....waited too long on Ryan, Serong ect .....and held flops like Dawson & LDU too long

also concerned with no plan for moraes or bice yet.

I'm happy to see how Maric goes without Gov next to him and against an organised side that will absolutely tear them a new one. Expecting a 100 point victory to the Giants. Even if he goes big again he'll only rise 70k and still be a bargain.

But no issue with people getting him. I'm just choosing others this week.

It's funny how often our teams at Christmas time are better than at round 1.

Love it mate. What’s impressed me the most about Rowell is his outside game. The way he broke away from Oliver on the weekend, unbelievable…

My two cents:

Yes especially in the fwd line as Humphrey has the same CBA split that JHF had last year (and will be again once butters is back)

If 50% picked this spud at his starting price, then I think Humphrey worth the risk for a very similar role (and a lot cheaper!)

Maric is a bigger risk coz he cant defend for sh** but could get alot of kick outs with Gov gone. Has had good kick-out duties in 3 games now so unless something drastically changes im hoping the role continues....

Maric will get extra attention?

The Giants are not going to employ someone to stop Maric in what will most likely be a 100 pt win.

My only concern is if that Giants kick straight for goal it will mean less chips for Maric kicking out.

Nope. IMO forget cash gen. He and NOD are the only reliable M7 & M8 options pumping out 80’s each week (no guarantees, but back to back 80’s and was on 9 after 8 minutes. Friendly Bye round as well.

Sounds like it may only be a week. If that’s the case, I’m holding.

Question - is Moraes must have? I can boost and trade Tsatas to him, but feel like it’s a bit of a nothing trade.

Just saw Humphrey's last two scores and his price...

Completely changing trade plans now.

If he ends up a forward keeper then you could argue a lot of us would have finished that line already.

Stood firm, just took Sinclair for Perryman and Murphy Reid for FOS (probably my best week of trading ever)

This week the plan was just Nick Daicos and Moraes . . .

Now everyone is grabbing Maric, and Humphrey, and Rowell . . . and I’m very tempted
