In Q3 I thought the issue was the boys just couldn’t get their hands on the footy. Then Q4 came and it was clear that even with the footy in hand they couldn’t use it they way they needed to.

Doesn’t help when you kick backwards with half the quarter to go … I thought we ran down the clock beautifully for the filth

Did you see all of those poor attempts by him to gather the ball, or to lead to the ball, or to compete? I didn't either.

He was in starvation corner. He played 55% game time. The whole team only scored 1.1 while he was on the field. In a full game, being the tall target down the line, Kemp touched it 7 times, and our 2 time Coleman medallist touched it 8 times.

Pretty rough considering how poor our entries were.

I think we can see what they are trying to do. There was a concerted effort to lower the eyes today. The problem is that it only takes a weak link for it to fall down.

It's going to look ugly until it doesn't.

Dunno, I thought there were signs that were promising. Yes the problems exist but are not insurmountable.
