Another one of those who blended in. Nothing noticeable stand out but nothing noticeably bad

Spargo was on SEN saying he's finally got his body right after surgery. Said his achilles had been niggling for 3-4 years and finally blew up last year. Building up loads now and feeling good. No timeframe on recovery.
