Three-weeks time I think. For the youngies and any oldies that want to be involved.

On SM-A115F using BigFooty.com mobile app

A retired player was on SEN the other day having a bit of a laugh at the oldies turning up early thing. Reckons that a few of them turn up for the first session, get the 'how great is xxxx, turning up with the kids when he doesn't have to' and then doesn't rock up again until they have to. Not saying our older blokes are doing it, looks like Tex has organised the sessions, but you can see a few guys doing this over the course of time. Can't remember who it was that put their GPS on their dog, so every time someone took it for a walk, he was racking up the clicks. Might have been Dane Swan.

Just saw Wayne Milera on my walk around Camden oval, I had a brief chat with him, he mentioned that he was happy with the way the knee was progressing, the knee seems to be recovering and feeling much better than the last time. He is building up his training and today he was working a bit harder with a little more agility work. I asked him about preseason, he said at this stage, they (I assume he meant the fitness staff) have indicated that he will start after Xmas. He looked like he was moving fairly smoothly but not at top pace.

I'm still treating Milera as a bonus.

Should not be considered for the team round 1 & needs a solid month of sanfl football to win his way back.

Motlop, Schultz, Treacy (not substantially more than he produced in 2024 anyhow), Neale, MacDonald, Rivers, Curtis, Burgoyne, Brown, Roberts

Would be surprised if any of these have a season where you would say they've "broken out" into being stars.

Rivers and Burgoyne the only maybes there for me.
Burgoyne I'd have no confidence he can put together a whole season.

Not sure I'd agree with half of those
Paul Curtis (though improved), Tom Browne and Matt Robert’s don’t shout high ceiling to me.

Motlop, Shultz, Neale not much excitement either…

Rachele, TT and Curtin probably our big 3 over the next couple of years (and pick 4)
