tex is way trimmer than when pre season started last year. lighter he can get better his back will be.

It's great to see the Victorian lads sticking around in SA. They could have very easily gone back to Melbourne for their time off. Very surprised with Rachele being in Adelaide, thought he would have gone home to lap up his family Italian cuisine.

Hopefully it was an event rather than an ongoing deterioration. Vaguely recall he did it trying to break his bench press PB.

His brother is living with him and attending Uni over there and I think his girlfriend is in Adelaide as well?

Rach went to Italy & Greece for what looked like 3 weeks from just after the season ended up until just before our B&F and from the pictures he posted on insta spent some time on the fork!
