But everybody loved seeing the players engage in scissors paper rock that one time and still talk about it to this day. And with not a word of criticism that the players should be focussed on improving their football skills rather than indulging in hijinks for the camera.

...not on BF. There was a lot of mixed feelings on here IIRC

You forgot Star Wars best 22 and debate over who is a better crumbing forward- yoda or an ewok.
I can’t believe grown men who saw Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Jedi still think the answer was Ewoks

It was a mere diversion on my behalf.

A tactical interruption, a fuse breaker, away from the pages of toxicity that had been building up on here.

It worked a treat.

Now back to my practicing

Where do we think Hardeman is at? He’s looking in ripper knick, and probably ahead of goat and berg. Think he’ll get a starting spot in our backline? We need that midsized utility, only competition is Lmac I guess?
Tracking really well, has been heavily involved in match sim. It’s noticeable that he has added some strength because he is holding himself up and breaking tackles a lot easier.

I wouldn’t say he is best 22 by any means, but he’ll be pushing. Guess it will depend on how they structure up down there come round 1.

Couple of things to consider…Will they go with 2 x attacking runners off half back (Daniel,Fisher, Kerch ect), will Tucker be stationed at half back and will they go with 3 talls in Comben, Logue & Corr?

I’d imagine the round 1 side will start with:

B: Arch, Comben, Corr
HB: Daniel, Logue, McDonald.

Bench: One of Tucker, Fisher, Hardeman or Goater.

Depth: Bergman, Dawson x 2.

Surely there is zero chance Goater is ready for round 1?

I kind of feel that it will be Tucker vs Lmac for the spot
