Was in Detroit last year, also CST timezone. Yeah, thats outrageous that theres like 7 hours of talk. But 10am to 1 pm for round one sounds right
I’ll be in a remote part of Krabi in Thailand.
Will have to rely on the good folk here for news and info if I manage to get online.

Interesting that day 2 isnt in the schedule for ESPN right now. they have NBA on ESPN and a block of poker replays on ESPN2 the Saturday morning. I expect the poker to get replaced but still a strange quirk.

but CUNZ prob still have NFL Network free. and NFLN is on WatchESPN

Back to the betting talk, SB have Saints to take Shedeur at 1.98
I reckon Saints wait for Arch Manning, will ride with Rattler etc. Kellen Moore's scheming to make chicken salad out of it.

This draft has got to be one of the most open unknown first rounds I can remember.

Sanders could go as high as 2, or 3rd or after that.... who knows???

There's some good talent but it's not deep or clear. Chapter concerns (off field drama, how coachable are they), low production but great attributes, bad tape, poor combine/pro day numbers.

Teams have needs, but it's unclear what they're chasing. Plenty after a QB but maybe happy to wait.

Can be some real value or a lot of busts ....

campaigner wasn't draftable because if the red flags as spoken about in the NCAA thread.

campaigner took the easy way out before facing the consequences for his actions

Oh well I say, this is better than something like Ruggs where he gets 3-5 years.
Not wasting air anymore

Who would of thought a kid in his first game would celebrate a TD by shooting a shotgun at his opponent and then brag about it on the sidelines would be a campaigner.

Like I said in the NCAA thread I'm uncomfortable with his suicide being spoken about as a mental health issue and talk to people, or that he was talked about as a draft prospect with redflags so big you can see them from space.

Just a campaigner who killed a innocent person and showed no remorse who still acted like a campaigner and took his own life before society got to punish him.

Only people who you should feel for are his victims family who never got to see justice

This is better than any justice the family would have got in court.

Possible. But he chose to go now. Rather then face the consequences for his actions. There was no punishment delivered to him. A wanna be gangster would of been killed in jail anyway and doubtfully he would of been given close to the 15 years he was facing.

And too many framing his death as mental health issue and ignored his history.
I don't like people using a mental health issue to cover for other things, like some AFL players have been accused of to cover up drug problems/suspensions. It's not fair to people with who are struggling since they risk being thrown into the same box

Like I said he doesn't deserve to get talked about like that.

Best thing to come out of it is that he will be forgotten soon.
But part of me thinks LSU are vile enough to give him a helmet sticker for a game or the season in tribute. If they do I hope they lose every game and everyone transfers. And are stuck with Brian Kelly for 10 more years

Anyway that's the last I'll say on it, at least here. He doesn't deserve to be in this thread because he was so toxic off field.

Im Not No Way GIF

I have a $500 collect on Jeanty

I hope its the Giants and the media rip him to shreds. Deion cant revoke media credentials in New York/Jersey like he can in Colorado for writing an article that didnt make him look like a superstar, it wasnt even a takedown or hit piece.

The Giants aren't taking him at #3. I think working him out is more so for if he slides to the second round or back end of round 1 for a trade up.
Too many dumb teams to let him slide.

If his name wasnt Sanders he would be a day 3 projection/UDFA. but his daddy and ESPN/Fox talking him up for the last 2 years while doing nothing of note means he will be gone early and send that franchise back another 4 years.
