They absolutely should if someone is dumb enough to trade for him. What are you missing out on? Mediocrity?

Bears being interested in trading for Mike Tomlin when hes had Matt Canada and Arthur Smith as his past two OC's sure shows that they dont know what the **** they are doing or what is important. Id much rather Mike McCarthy than Tomlin. 1. You dont have to trade for him 2. His record really isnt much different. 3 Hes an offensive coach, far better for Caleb.
Issue is his no trade clause. I doubt Tomlin wants to play for a franchise that's been horribly run for generations

A blessing in disguise for the Bears, they should want no part of Mike Tomlin like I said. He isnt the right coach for their situation.

He isnt right coach for any team. He inherited a great team from cowher won a Super Bowl decade ago and been living in that ever since. He hasn’t even looked like winning a playoff game in 8 years.

I think he'd be alright for a team with a quality established QB, but outside that, yep, overrated as ****.

It won't happen but I'd love Rich Bisaccia to get a HC job before he retires. I remember the Titans were looking at him before hiring Whisenhunt and he was a favourite of a lot of fans. And he did well in his interim HC stint (though you could say the same of Antonio Pierce).
