Yeah, the reinjury rate on the tweaks and strains is definitely a risk, Rozee was too good to be true - because, well, it wasn't true in the end.
We've all 'tweaked' one a little and a week and a bit later you think you're right and last half a training session till you have to stretch it out fully or accelerate from a standing start and it goes again.
I own him so am hoping he's genuinely right
