I'm thinking Stewart OUT is good for SDK and COS scoring is that likely?
Nah you're showing a clear anti-Geelong bias. Can't have that around here mateCats fabs: not chipping Catters, just C Scott with his tiresome antics

Genetic condition apparently. It runs in the genes.Explosive news.
I do laugh at the Scott bashing. It's a club policy and the docs are the smoking gun. Not the coach lol.
We will always name a player if they are some chance to play at selection time. Easier to take them out if they don't get up than trying to get them in if they do.

In before achilles rupturedLetting players make their own call fitness wise is always the best decision huh ........
The classification of injuries is the least transparent in football. Cannot argue that.Buck stops with the coach. The fact Geelong are clearly the least transparent club in the AFL when it comes to injuries and late outs, the bashing is to be expected.
The thing that bugs most people is the knowledge that Player A will not be playing, and Geelong leave it til the last minute to make it known to the public that Player B is in fact playing (when Player B was always playing inside the 4 walls).
It's all mind games and deceit to the opposition but it's a pure pain in the ass as a supporter.
That way too early - a real late out is still the norm

AFL is so insular there would be minimal advantage in the selection games they play. The classification of injuries is the least transparent in football. Cannot argue that.
The behaviour around team selection has been spoken about at length by a few within the club. They are unapologetic for picking guys under injury/illness questions and not ruling them out early as to give them as long as possible to possibly play. Easier than doing the opposite.
Which is precisely what the Crows are doing tonight with Rankine.
But that's my point. The purpose isn't to get a HUZZAH moment and trick the other club.AFL is so insular there would be minimal advantage in the selection games they play.
And they have done it so often now teams expect shenanigans.
If a player needs another 24 hours to be fit, he shouldn't be playing .....the fact in each of the last 4 games, there's been a late out, shows the folly of the tacticBut that's my point. The purpose isn't to get a HUZZAH moment and trick the other club.
It's to give every player with a niggle or injury every possible chance to play, and there'd be many games where that strategy has resulted in no late change, no SC community outrage, and that player having a good game contributing to wins.
That's why I find the raging at Scotty funny. He's not doing it to be a campaigner to SC players or oppo coaches. He's trying to maximise his team to win games.
I understand that as an importer-exporter par excellence, you’ll be under the pump at the moment with all the tariff turmoil, Art. (Beautiful word, ‘tariff’). Tough time for us all.The classification of injuries is the least transparent in football. Cannot argue that.
