Greeves was one of the standout performers for the AFL Academy, managing the step up to playing against VFL opposition in style. His powerful stoppage game was just as effective against the bigger bodies of the Tigers players, and he showed an improved desire for applying defensive pressure, although his disposal let him down again at times here. He had a fun personal duel in the first half against his Eastern teammate of last year in Josh Smillie with the two of them bashing into each other whenever the opportunity allowed.
all the good ball users form the u18s game are tied to northern academies

I think they typically add a replay to the AFL site eventually.
You want all 15 possessions or just the tackle where he kills the kid before half timeCan you do one for Smillie so I don’t have to go back and watch everyone else miss targets?![]()

Dont confuse his desperation for attention with "care"You cared enough to reply![]()
Fred didn't get to play on ball as often as some others, spending a lot of time on a forward flank or wing, which limited his opportunity at times, but on a day when clean skills and disposal efficiency was at a premium, he showed the class that gives him a point of difference in this draft pool.
Smillie will helpWe need to get some real physical type mids on the list as many of ours don't like rolling sleeves up . Should be a focus going forward as our pressure acts are woeful
You two are so cute togetherDont confuse his desperation for attention with "care"
If he's a 'gun', he'll perform well at every opportunity.Do we want Kellaway to perform well at Senior SANFL level this year? I'd rather they play him in the u/18s, plummet his draft stock so we get him cheaply, knowing he's a gun anyway
Lalor likes tackling so that's a good start , banks, sonz trigger , never get to double digits In their pressures actsSmillie will help

Tried to tell yaThink i overestimated Fred's speed, he's got a nice little sidestep and he's got decent speed but certainly not elite. His skills are fantastic though. Worst case you get a quality half back.
