Problem with Miami is they also dont have a good backup whatsoever. So Tua should have the leverage.
Counter: If McDaniel wins games with Mike White (possible) if Tua sits out how would that make Tua look?

Why? He's not much worse than Tua. Similar QBs actually.
People are not paying to see Mike White, People only pay for Tua because they remember the hype around him in College even if he has never lived up to it.

It's all related to winning. If White won as many games as Tua while starting Dolphins fans would still turn up.

Thats not the NFL bubble. You overpay for the QB you have now because whats out there is going to be worse.
the old pick the devil you know over the devil you dont know.

I dont think Tua is that good and is not the future of Miami. but they should of made a move months ago, now they are stuck with him till its too late.

a 2 year deal a competitive market value is whats best for both now.

By law, a class action payout is trebled, if the verdict stands after appeals thru multiple courts. The US Supreme court being the final line of appeal.

12 billion dollars. Spread out over 32 owners, doesn't seem like they wouldn't be able to handle it individually but it's a massive blow to them individually just the same.

There are other various lawsuits the NFL is facing. Grievances etc. Does seem like karma in many ways for their greed and other backroom shenanigans...sexual assaults, rorting fans, bullying cities into tax paid new stadiums, things like Gruden and Flores, etc etc.
