Poor owners and an incompetent GM that has clearly drunk his own bathwater
And coaching at every level is borderline non existent. And players more interested in individual over team as shown by the Washington hail Mary and the response being the guy lost his starting job and then cracked the shits when he found out so he left practice and they still didn't cut him.

They are the NFC Jets or Browns

TNF needs to die, every week it is garbage, seems to be more injuries especially earlier in the season. American football is a tough enough sport to play let alone forcing teams to play on such short weeks. Unless they can figure out a way to work it around the byes they need to can it, if they really need that extra prime time game try for Tuesday Night Football as the final game of the week instead of Thursday as the first game of the following week.

Heard it might die if they extend the season by one more week.

How are Chicago so bad?

There are so many reasons

1. Horrible Owners that don't care about winning only about making $ and getting a new stadium. His actually said his not a football guy. He umpired a little league game instead of attending Chicago Bears draft room this last offseason
2. Bad Team President. Another non football guy his a lawyer basically hired to get the Bears a new stadium after 2 years on the job nothing has really happened on this front. Still unclear were, when or if the Bears getting a new stadium. Also not on same page as GM. Clearly tension between the two.
3. Average GM. Gets alot of props for this Carolina trade that got them Caleb Williams and as talent evaluator. But doesn't address weakness area's in team build. Offensive Line is one of main reason's Justin Fields failed so instead of addressing it hard like panthers (big issue for Young's development) they did nothing in free agency they are still spending 31st least amount of money on Oline. Same could be said for Dline.
4. Horrible coaching especially on offensive side of the ball. Poor game planning and time management (worst i have ever seen)
5. Rookie QB there is going to be struggles.
6. Poor leadership from ownership down to players
7. Culture of losing
8. Decline of defense was top 5 in 2023 now bottom 10
9. Toughest division in football
10. Worst Offensive line in nfl by large margin.
11. Worst time management I have ever seen to close games. Never rushing to get into field goal or td range. Lack a fg kicker that can kick from a decent distance.
12. Poor discipline from players.
13. Horrible luck
14. There the bears.

Only game we show for—so Browns should be every Thursday night game

12-11 all time

Which for this franchise is historically great

😛

As an aside, whatever happened to whatshisface???

Should we be doing health check because his analytical heroes are on way to 3-14??

I think giving Ryan Poles credit for the Carolina trade is dumb to begin with, any idiot GM can fleece someone desperate to move up in the draft for a QB.

Poles extremely poor mid round drafting, trading early 2nds for Claypool & Sweat and trading away Roquan Smith only to replace him with the far inferior Tremaine Edmunds on similar money shows more what he's about.

Doubling down and sticking with Eberflus when it was so obvious to anyone with a brain that he should have been fired at the end of last season.

And you're right, he built this team backwards. Starting from the outside and in.

He's actually really bad at his job.

But besides that it's all pretty rosey.

The tax payers of Chicago, Illinois should not put one cent into a stadium deal until these things are actively being corrected.

Name another business model outside of the public sector that can be so monumentally incompetent yet will massively spike their value regardless.

Browns doubling down on Watson? 😂

Yeah its all Cover 1 and 3 now as the staple defensive, as they both fit into each others look as well
quarters was higher then i expected. 1-man and 3-zone are the top 2
