It is 100% taunting but for some reason it never gets called (either does the slow down and turn around at the goal line until the other team gets near, or the "hold my dick" celebration) so at least they're consistent

With Pickens they are an average offense that can rip off some explosive plays. Without Pickens they are a bottom 7 offense that struggles to move the ball.

I would imagine that one of their biggest priorities in the off-season is to find a legit #2 instead of all the gadget guys and #4 dirty work guys they have now (assuming they re-sign Russ)
