The cap has more than doubled in that time frame too, which shows that the fact elite RBs are paid less now and 13 years ago is even more of an example of the overcorrection

Im not sure, i think it will just be burn through them on a rookie deal and still offer unders for contract 2 or draft a new one. More RB's coming in, But those 4 teams also have top OL's which makes the backs look better.
