Carter, Smith, Mitchell, Dejean as your first two rounds over two drafts is a very very good haul
Plus Baun, Becton, Rodgers and Milton Williams as cheapy signing free agents. No way can we get all of them back on multi year deals but just stunn9ing to see the Howie hits in both the draft and the cheapy free agent / trade signings this year.

Plus some fella called Say Kwon that they signed as a ground game eater.

Barkley's 6 TDs this season of over 60 yards plus are an all time NFL record.

Yes I get we play more teams this year than in the 1950s, and yes there are some rubbish teams out there now, but still, running over half the field for a TD more than 5 times in a single year HAS to be a decent win...

Howie takes the same approach to free agency most years- trying to find the undervalued acquisitions at the positions we don't value, and spending big in our premiums.

When the low values come on, we tend to have a very good year- think 2017 with Patrick Robinson et all. When it goes bad, we go bad- see Nicholas Morrow.

The thing is, teams also run far less than they did in the day. He could have played 17 games and still had less carries than Dickinson.

Hope whatever happens results wise, that he breaks TD's season record inc. playoffs. Feels like a nice thing for him to have.

They are an excellent team.

Had one of the best DVOA years in history.

Issue is converting that into playoff wins.

Funny, that suits the Ravens more than any other team and they shit the bed again. Has there ever been a team more determined to get away from who they are come playoff time every season ?
Carrying on from the above but in the appropriate thread...

Goddamnit Baltimore! Hoping for an NFC superbowl champ now, would prefer Washington but would be happy with the Eagles. Just not KC or Buffalo please

Anyone but the Chiefs, purely as I can't last another year of Nick telling me the Mahomes mountain lol
