Love Mich, lives to play the contrarian but as soon as the club goes away from convention

(FWIW I do agree that our project/average tall forward fetish is getting a bit out of hand)
I don't mind the selection but it does seem a bit odd. Having said that I have a good feeling Johnson could actually make it if not then surely that has to be it with this strategy.

Given we have had 8 players leave and 6 have come in does this mean we still have 2 list spots open. Can someone please kindly explain it to me. Thanks

Seven in once you count Kentfield as the Brayshaw replacement. Probably keeping one spot open for either SSP or midseason draft

We did phenomally well on Night 1 with Langer No2 and X-man, but, on Night 2, I wished we matched the Swans for Andrew.

Then again AJ looks like a cross between of Big Bad Barry Hall and Nathan Jones, hopefully he tempers his brutishness and brutality or he'll spend weeks on the side-lines with Suspensions

As for Tricky Ricky, I like that we have a small forward partner for Kozzie and Chin. We have seen how deadly having a fleet of smalls can be.

I think drafting Lindsay was a smart move to help Mentha with adjusting being that they were both teammates at Gippy Power.

Why?

He has shown very little and his brother isn't moving anytime soon. And I'm pretty sure the drafting of Lindsay would have literally nothing to do with Mentha :drunk:

No what I mean with Mentha is that because we drafted Lindsay, it means that he has a familiar face and that makes it easier for him to integrate.

Mentha has been part of the Alice Springs Academy and has done some training at the club prior. Yeah it helps having a friend there but i don't think the club would have issues integrating. Helpful yes, but not the reason we drafted them both together
