That sucks. This TD makes it easy for ESPN to shit on Boise and claim it as a blow-out even if the game has been closer then the score since thr 1st Q

The score might have been within 10 points for most of the game but it hasn't been all that close

Penn State started strong and then the game devolved into a pretty ordinary one

Logical step, IMO. If they can't be 100% certain of ensuring everyone's safety considering they are still sweeping for explosive devices (at least they were a couple of hours ago) then they can't go ahead with it.
