Wasabi Harvest Snaps: Certainly nowhere near strong as the Peckish Seaweed and Wasabi rice crackers so if you're looking for some wasabi to tingle your sinuses you won't get that here but tasty nonetheless. 6.75/10

Guarantee they would have zero wasabi in them. The ingredients will say something like wasabi seasoning/spice which usually means they use horseradish along with other stuff instead.

Apparently very few things that claim to be wasabi actually are. For instance the 'wasabi' we get when we get sushi for lunch is just a horseradish blend too. Only place you actually get wasabi is at good Japanese restaurants.

Over four weeks in the rice cooker on the warm setting. And yes, I’ve tasted it and it is nice.

Plan to make a compound butter with some of it and dehydrate the rest to make into a powder.
