I'm naturally suspicious that the AFL does stuff for suspense, but there were a handful of deals down to the wire last year that didn't get done too. Sometimes list managers are stubborn and things fall apart.

Ridiculous that he's only willing to part with 1 x first rounder for Dunkley. Regardless of his worth, Essendon's offer has to be more than that to pry Dunkley out.

typical AFL stuff up. Delay deals being lodged until 3pm.....then need to extend the deadline to get through the lodged deals.....
