Watched the highlights of the colts game

My lord is Rivers cooked or what. That was comedy capers watching that shambolic outing

Getting paid 20 million a year to dish up that crap

I seriously wouldn’t start him for the rest of the season. The colts are legit a game manager away from being a contender.

Putting that loose cannon under centre is a reciepe for disaster

Brissett has been named backup to him for the first five weeks but they have been to that well before, that's why I reckon they need to at least promote Eason to backup. Coz if Rivers stinks up a first half like today again they need someone who can chuck it deep.

He might not be ready, but at least he's point of difference to give defenses something to think about.

Much like Justin Herbert. I didn't think he would be anywhere near ready, but his arm strength keeps defenses on their heals.

told you... kittle has his biggest games when mullens is qb. jimmy seldom goes to him and shanahan uses him more as an extra blocker to protect precious jimmy.

only had 1 rec for 11 yards before jimmy was benched and beathard looked for him more 3 for 30 odd

Shanahan is a clown

Going to ruin Kittle. Should be using him as the unstoppable pass catcher he is rather than wasting his career on strictly dirty work for the run game.

Pay up for some other blocking tes to do that shit

could be more jimmy than kyle.... mullens and beathard throw to him

The game plan seems to change significantly when Jimmy is in...why so run heavy when you're paying him so much money?

Makes no sense whatsoever.

But thats geniARSE Shanahan for you, trying to out coach and out smart everyone.

Only thing I could think of is that Jimmy was still struggling with the injury and they thought they could get away with him game managing vs Miami in a low scoring contest and Fitz turned that plan to absolute shit.

But again that would be Shanahan, getting ahead of himself.

catching up on all the games tonight....

claypool wow sir, steelers need a lot of work on D, theyre playing in 2nd gear it seems and scratching out wins but itll be interesting when they go up against a playoff cailber team

raiders playing old time raiders O, deep shots all day, probably carrs best game ever, as he stood tall in the pocket, in the face of pressure and didn't flinch, grudes mustve had a word, but the main takeaway is how well prepared and well coached the raiders D was against the Chiefs today specifically, they looked like they had a plan and as a whole team on D came together. oh and ruggs >> edwards

jets O is hard to watch, offensive genius sheesh, the reverse wr toss that failed is that your genius there? flacco is a statue but showed a little better than darnold, perhaps the jets have a win in them

alex smith was awful, but a celebration regardless, i guess he had zero time in the pocket but it wasnt pretty when he was out there. think kyle allen will resume as starter, he moved them at least. think rivera kept smith out there for the story, for the morale boost, but he shouldve put allen back if he was serious about winning

Carr was very good and some well designed plays, has some weapons helps. Ruggs...oof!

Rivers continues to digress, Jimmy G was terrible, Burrow had his worst game.

how many head coaches will get fired before gass does? dunno if bengals zac taylor is gonna last even tho its only his 20th game. bengals are woeful on offense wbich is what taylors forte is supposed to be, a mini mcvay, and hes making burrow look pedestrian, could ruin him like david carr, i reckon taylor might be a sneaky next hc to be fired before gase, mike brown doesnt enjoy the product and isnt patient with bum coaches

I wonder if we will see teams throw deep more often against the Chiefs from now on.

Their pass d had been great up until this week, that's what makes Carr's performance all the more impressive.

Genuine shock to me .Couldnt see that coming in a million years.

wonder if the jags doug marrone is safe too. jags arent awful but theyre really not a genuibe chance it seems of winning their games, they just plod along getting lapped. that 4th and 1 failed trick play was a woeful call and play design, one of the worst ive seen as a design. no artistry to it. and knew the texans would probably have beaten a better team today, they looked refreshed, reinvigorated, fun... because the wicked witch is dead

To be expected by Smith tbf. Think he'll be better for the run.

I agree Allen needs to start for the time being but the more reps at practice Smith gets the better he'll look toward the end of the season.

i know it was only the falcons but the panthers are starting to click, they could make some noise in the playoffs, bridgewater is good enough to be a playoff feature qb, think the Panthers will make the playoffs, and ADP is right, mike davis has earned a tine share with mccaffery. great to see gurley back to his rams best, getting stronger since that injury concern a couole years ago. matt ryan is cooked. think Dirty Bird had a good prediction that lawrence the falcon fan will end up a falcon. dunno ryans contract status but its time for him to be traded in the off season. a new hc and gm surely will envision that plan - draft lawrence trade ryan

Russ firms as MVP favourite despite a fairly average game other than an excellent final drive.
Prescott, Brady and Newton essentially out of the race. But if Rodgers comes out of the bye strong he could make a big push!

It's a two horse race right now with Russ and Rodgers but I'm still not counting out Mahomes just yet.

Dirk Koetter has to be the dumbest oc in the nfl. Gurley absolutely murdering us on the ground. **** that, let's chuck the ball with Matty intercept.

His play calling cost them the game against the bears also.Pointlessly stopping the clock when throwing the ball way too much late.
