You're gonna be on a massive Sloaner if he wins.

Seriously, though, I like it.

He has that similar sort of flowing hair like Cooney and Priddis that should attract votes. Plus he's a top player who has started very well.

As a real smokey, another player I don't mind is Ebert. He hasn't polled well in the past, which is a small concern. But he has started the season very well. I got on him at $100 for top three and $50 for top five.

Yes he has, just not last year, but he's not winning a Brownlow.

Don't know if its a good thing or not, but I'm going a bit more off statistics this year (Clearances, Disp%, I50, T, G) and a little less off media and club board votes after Priddis won last year.
im going to be doing something similar, see if i can find a pattern somewhat with disposal numbers and other things

For me the big ones are
Disposals - Pretty obvious, but players tend to usually only get a BOG if they get over 25 posessions (or kick a bag of goals)
Clearances - Umpires spend alot of their time at the contest, so tend to notice the contested players more than runners (Matt Priddis a prime example)
Contested Posessions - As Above
Disposal Efficiency - I rate this one very highly, but am curious to see if there is any correlation between that and players getting votes (given Priddis last year, i'd say not)
Inside 50's - Obviously some players will get more of these due to positioning, but a high I50 count shows the player is getting involved in scoring plays and not getting cheap kicks around the ground to boost numbers.
Goals - Once again pretty obvious, but a 25D3G game you'd say would usually get rated higher than 30D0G. Once again keen to find stats that support this

Free Kick For is another good one to add
